BFF Panto Bus Christmas Tour

December 5, 2016

This year’s BFF Panto Bus Christmas Tour is bigger than ever! More than 5,000 members of our Armed Forces families will enjoy the festive fun completely free.

By the end of December there will have been 51 shows performed at 38 military locations across the UK, including Northern Ireland, as well as shows for some of those based in Germany and the Netherlands.

There are three different tours on the road at the same time – Aladdin, Cinderella and Dick Whittington – visiting RAF stations, Army Garrisons, Royal Navy bases and MoD establishments.

The performances have attracted rave reviews from audiences young and old. Regimental Sergeant Major Ross Wilson of 45 Commando Royal Marines wrote: “The effort made by all to come to our Unit is greatly appreciated by Commando Headquarters and hugely by the families who were so well entertained.

“This goes some way to ease the stress and strains that Service commitments has on family life and Service personnel morale.”

RAF Lossiemouth Community Development Officer Sarah Riley-Evans posted: “As to whether LOS would like a visit again….hell yeah!  This is such a popular and successful part of our community support calendar now and one which our families truly appreciate.”
