The British Forces Foundation welcomed home the Welsh Guards in style after their much longer than expected 2018 tour in Afghanistan.
Just days after they touched back down in the UK some 400 men and women of the Regiment were treated to a spectacular night of entertainment at Lakeside.
Leading the line-up was BFF Trustee and global singing sensation Katherine Jenkins - a surprise guest who got the evening started in incredible style and with more than a hint of patriotism.
Also on the bill were Welsh singing duo Into the Ark (runners-up on ITV's The Voice UK 2017) and Welsh comedian and 2018 BGT finalist Noel James. Completing the line-up were BFF favourites John Moloney, Kane Brown, the Raymond and Mr Timpkins Revue and the Jules Nelson Band.
