BFF and NATO’s 75th anniversary

The British Forces Foundation was invited to help with NATO’s 75th anniversary celebrations in Italy.

The Charity travelled to Joint Force Command Naples – home to a 300-strong tri-service British contingent – for the special event.

Thousands of people, from all different NATO nations, flocked to the International Food Festival at Parco Leonardo inside the base.

They were entertained by the BFF’s amazing band Fully FunKtional and DJ who had the crowds dancing the night away.

The 75th anniversary event provided nationalities the opportunity to showcase their culture within the wider NATO community and promote closer ties and togetherness.

“On behalf of JFC Naples thank you so much for your support,” said Lt Martin Watson RN of Base Support Group. “Fully FunKtional topped the evening off with a fantastic show – we’ve had so many lovely comments.”
