The 80th anniversary of D-Day was marked by a host of commemorative events in both the UK and France.
BFF Director Mark Cann was among those gathered at the National Memorial Arboretum to pay their respects and reflect upon the “extraordinary” sacrifices made.
Mark appeared as a guest on the Sky’s News The UK Tonight with Sarah-Jane Mee programme to talk about the significance of the occasion and the debt of gratitude owed to all those who took part in the Allied Normandy Landings.
