People processes and career management of 33000 RAF staff. He was appointed a Companion of the Order of the Bath (CB) in 2013.
Matt left the Service in 2013 to join Serco where he was the Managing Director for Serco’s Defence business; this is a UK MoD ‘Top 20 supplier’.
