A British Forces Foundation and Howlin' Comedy Club double-header in Plymouth has proved a great success.
The Back to Bases comedy tour, sponsored by DAVE TV, rocked up first at Bickleigh Barracks for some 250 Royal Marines of 42 Cdo.
They enjoyed an evening of laughs courtesy of comedians John Moloney, Nick Page, Quincy and Paul Adams.
"What a fantastic night," was one comment from a member of the audience. "It couldn’t have gone any better - we just wish each act could have gone around again for a second time. Brilliant, really Brilliant."
The following night it was more of the same but this time at the Globe Theatre for 30 Cdo. Compere Paul Adams got the crowd fired up and then it was the turn of Nick Page and John Moloney to work their magic. Closing the show with a hugely popular and energetic performance was Quincy.
