The spectacular 25th Anniversary Ball was a truly memorable and extraordinarily successful event - the perfect celebration to mark this special milestone in The British Forces Foundation’s history.

Breathtaking entertainment and exquisite dining in the stunning surroundings of the Old War Office, Whitehall, delighted all those there supporting the Charity.

The event, brought together through the vision and drive of BFF Trustee and internationally-acclaimed designer Katharine Pooley and her team, showcased the importance of the work of the BFF and highlighted its achievements through the years.

Almost 400 guests arrived at the Raffles Hotel to be greeted in style with a Cygnet Gin cocktail reception. Once dinner was called, superstar Katherine Jenkins OBE - a BFF Trustee and founder of Cygnet - took to the stage and wowed the audience with her incredible performance.

Comedy legend Rob Brydon MBE was in charge of the evening's proceedings ensuring all ran smoothly and with plenty of laughs. The party vibe was ramped up when the iconic Heather Small MBE got people dancing to her classic hits, and she then handed the baton to the band Soul Jets.

The live auction, taken by Christie's auctioneer Veronica Scarpati, realised an unbelieveable amount of money, as too did the online silent auction. A huge thank you to all those who supported the auctions, either through bidding or donating auction prizes.

All money raised by this flagship fundraiser will help pay for the Charity’s morale-boosting shows for our troops on deployment all over the world, as well as their families back home.
