Katherine Jenkins and fellow Trustees of The British Forces Foundation were in the Houses of Parliament spreading the word about the work of the Charity.
The star, who has performed with The BFF in Afghanistan, Iraq and Northern Ireland, was joined by Chairman of the Trustees, Laurie Mansfield, and newly appointed Trustee, Gerald Howarth MP, who organised the briefing.
Politicians, MoD chiefs and representatives of respected defence organisations were invited along to hear about the Charity's 10 years in the business of morale.
Adam Ingram MP, the longest serving Defence Minister in history, kindly chaired and outlined the purpose of the brief. Mr Mansfield was first up and he introduced the audience to the work of The BFF including a five minute showreel.
Katherine then explained her involvement with the Charity and the experiences which led to her becoming a Trustee.
There followed a Question and Answer session and a vote of thanks to all those who had taken time out of their busy schedules to attend the brief.
When it comes to boosting morale and creating unforgettable experiences for our troops, The British Forces Foundation has always been at the forefront. We understand that every gathering deserves a touch of magic and we are here to make it happen smoothly and effortlessly. Read our testimonials.
