Team BFF took on the London Marathon and smashed it.
Massive congratulations to all 11 runners on completing the gruelling 26 and a bit miles course yesterday while raising a shedload of money for the charity in the process.
First over the line was James Capper in an impressive 03:43:41 with Tim Woska less than two minutes behind in 03:45:19. Alison Roberts was next in 04:00:50 followed by James Cameron (04:04:20), Andrew Carter (04:12:23), Tom Egan (04:13:31), Robert Palmer (04:15:19), Tom Stott (04:39:08), Nick Brock (04:47:49), Rob Harvey (04:54:40) and Marie Hutchings (06:18:05).
Thank you for your amazing efforts - give it up for Team BFF.
Do you have what it takes to tackle the challenge of the Virgin London Marathon? Have you got the determination to complete the 26.2 miles of the most famous race in the world? If you're up for it then why not pull on a BFF vest at the starting line on 24th April 2016. The charity is entering a team among the 30,000 plus runners.
We're not necessarily looking for the fastest but certainly the most committed. Not only must our runners be prepared for the physical feat but there's also the sponsorship challenge.
The BFF hopes that every member of its team will pledge to raise a minimum of £1,500 for the charity. The task is not for the faint-hearted but for those determined to succeed please visit the website address below.
