Let's hear it for Team BFF - our brilliant band of runners who took on the 2019 Virgin London Marathon.
All 16 completed the 26 and a bit miles with Caragh Mellitt first over the line in a super impressive 3:50:20. Sean Raven also ducked under the four hour mark in 3:57:32.
The other amazing Team BFF runners were Bethan Dean, Laurence Hegarty, Jade Burghart, Georgie Field, Joe Feerick, Megan Taylor, Martyn Paramore, Alicia Beavon, Rachael Bonness, Andrew Gilhespy, BFF Ambassador Simon Lowe, Jim Pacey, Claire Paramore and Ruth Holmes-Davitt.
Megan described the day as awesome: "I've raised just over £1,500 and even got a personal best - knocking a whole 50 minutes off my previous marathon time. It was a total pleasure running for the BFF."
