The BFF and Burton 'Dad's Army' T shirt, launched by Johnny Vaughan in time for Father's Day, have proved so popular that more have been ordered even though the event has passed!
Over the past few days pictures have flooded in from fathers serving in the Army, Navy and RAF in time for this Friday's celebration of Armed Forces Day.
To mark the occasion, Burton have ordered more t-shirts - featuring iconic images from the cult TV series Dad’s Army - to satisfy the ongoing demand and has extend a 10% military discount in key forces towns throughout the UK until July.
With the T shirts a sell-out, a donation of £10,000 will now be given by Burton to The British Forces Foundation. This will go towards the Charity’s output work, particularly for those currently deployed in Afghanistan.
