Huge respect and congratulations to the runners of Team BFF who successfully completed 2022 The Big Half at the weekend.
Pictured are Jake Silk and Iwona Jesionczak from the Charity's long-standing supporters Marlborough Communications Limited, who finished the London course in 1hr 53mins and 2hrs 45mins respectfully.
They were joined in Team BFF by Tom Dunn, Justin Walsh, Andrew Wiseman and Luke Jeffreys - and between them they raised more than £1,300 for the British Forces Foundation. Thank you!
The Big Half 2022 marathon took place on September 4 on a stunning 13.1-mile closed-road course around London, starting by Tower Bridge and finishing at Cutty Sark in Greenwich. Although this world-class half marathon features top international athletes, it also supports and encourages first-time runners.
