Tribute to BFF Ambassador Darius Sarosh

British Forces Foundation Ambassador Darius Sarosh OBE has died. Darius was a remarkable supporter of the BFF remembered not only for his generosity, but for his deep personal commitment to the causes he believed in.

A successful engineer and businessman, he dedicated much of his life to philanthropy, supporting education, healthcare, Armed Forces charities, and communities across the world. Through the ERSF Foundation, he helped deliver more than £7.5 million in charitable work, transforming thousands of lives .

Darius was presented with his OBE by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal just weeks before his passing. It was fitting recognition of a lifetime of service and charitable impact. For BFF, Darius was far more than a donor—he was an engaged champion who cared passionately that support made a genuine difference. His legacy of service, generosity, and unwavering commitment will endure.
